Task Manager

The Task Manager tab is a tool allowing RapidIdentity Portal Administrators to research and track all requests made in the system either by viewing all requests submitted for a particular user or for all tasks that meet a certain request status. This tool also provides the ability to search for requests that failed to be approved. Consequently, administrators have some oversight capability through the requests logs that can be accessed. Moreover, Administrators can cancel pending requests if a user was requesting access that is outside their role profile.
