Self-Service

The new user interface self-service options are accessible upon clicking the authenticated username and selecting the available options.

Depending upon how administrators configure RapidIdentity, users can perform up to eight self-service actions.

  1. Edit Profile through Profile Settings

  3. Reset Pictograph

  4. Delete FIDO

  5. Manage FIDO

  6. QR Code

  7. Update Challenge Responses
