Forgot My Password
Users can reset their password by clicking Forgot My Password.
After entering the correct username, users will then answer a predefined challenge question. The answer is masked; however, users can view the input by clicking the "eye" icon.
Next, enter and verify the new password.
Password verification results in a confirmation window.
